Patients do not realise that time scales for appointments are put on Doctors by the government, Birbeck Doctors in my experience give you the time that is important to the patient and I do not mind waiting longer on an appointment because one day that could be me. For me my Doctor was thorough, caring and explained everything well and I left very at ease after a very professional service with nurse lucy and Dr Marshall. Thanks

The doctor I saw was courteous, welcoming and helpful. He took the trouble to explain the condition-higher blood pressure. I was asking him about. He also explained how the medication worked, it's possible side effects and what to do if so affected.

I telephoned and left a message for Dr Scott. He returned the call within the hour and I was able to collect a new prescription this evening. The lady who took my call, Dr Scott and the receptionist who gave me my new prescription were all very helpful and lovely.
